By accessing or using Caderis Praxis (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
Caderis Praxis is an AI policy compliance training platform for organizations. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. Your organization's policy documents and employee data are kept strictly confidential and are never shared with other organizations.
4. Pilot Program
Free pilot accounts are provided for a 30-day evaluation period. Continued use after the trial period requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to terminate pilot accounts that are not actively used.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Caderis Praxis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
