We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, process transactions, send service-related communications, and respond to support requests. Policy documents are processed by AI to extract compliance rules and are not used to train AI models.
3. Data Isolation
Each organization's data is strictly isolated from all other organizations using database-level Row Level Security. No organization can access another organization's data under any circumstances.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your organization's data at any time by contacting us. After account deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days.
